The Swanfield DBA stands apart as a professional doctorate focused on applied research with immediate business relevance. It is ideal for senior leaders, entrepreneurs, policy-makers, and academics who want to transform their experience into actionable knowledge and industry influence. Through core program components which include Research Design & Methodology, Strategic Innovation & Organisational Change, Leadership Theory & Practice, Data-Driven Decision Making, & Dissertation (Applied Research Project), candidates will produce publishable research that bridges theory and practice while building credibility as thought leaders in their field.
